Strategic Direction, Brand Development & Communications Delivery
As a member of the PropelHer steering committee, I serve as the organisation’s communications lead, guiding its brand and messaging as it continues to grow from a grassroots initiative into a structured professional network. I play a central role in shaping strategic direction and defining its core values — Inspire, Motivate, Empower — to maintain clarity of purpose and ensure the organisation continues to support and connect its members effectively.
I have led the development and activation of the PropelHer brand across multiple touchpoints — from website design and content creation to social media strategy, event branding, and presentation materials. This includes managing member and sponsor communications, visual event and display assets, and award submissions, to strengthen visibility and ensure consistency across all channels.
Through this ongoing collaboration, PropelHer has established a cohesive brand identity, enhanced engagement across its digital platforms, and strengthened its reputation as a leading advocate for women in aviation and related sectors.
